Good point about the salt - it probably wasnt psychological as salt can make a lot of difference. Not quite on thread but I always have a packet of ready salted or similar crisps after work if I have sweated a lot. Helps redress the balance.
I'm a bit of a crisp addict, but realised it's the salt I'm after. I've since taken to eating celery sticks and dipping them in salt. Yum.

It's got to be a step better than crisps though.... lots of salt, just no fat?!
It's not a daily occurrence, but I do get salt cravings every now and then.

It'll send your blood pressure through the roof. I never add it to anything (I don't like the taste so much) but I then wind up getting night cramps as my electrolytes drop too much, especially If I have been to the gym earlier in the day.

I was ill last week, so never went, and with the bad weather this week, I haven't bothered yet either.

Starting to miss it now though?
