If you worked in retail or public services you'd only have to see 2 clients per week to match that wage lol.

3 maybe 4 clients per week, for 10-15 hours of your time, is the equivalent to most peoples wage for working 40 hours.

Getting checked up every month, buying the odd bit of lingerie, condoms, as well as admin work such as advertising, setting up profiles, dealing with time wasters, handling millions of emails, is nothing compared to going to college/uni for 2+ years, setting up CV's, applying to 100s of jobs.

I suppose im way off.

Im just going off from what i experienced with my ex girlfriend who is an escort. Seeing the lifestyle she had it was such a doddle compared to having a regular job. And she even used to use the gym often, get manicures and full body waxes done at her local salon.. all time consuming things, which is what any well groomed lady does anyway.

Yes you are way off. I've just had to pay nearly 4 grand for my apartment for the next 6 months, I don't have good credit, so had to pay in advance. I don't stay in travelodges when I do tours, but try and get a nice apartment, so you're looking at £90/£100 per night, that is the first hour rate gone, let alone travel expenses and food. I've spent nearly £2 grand kitting out my new apartment (that I do not live in) and I also have to pay £200 on bills for phone, electric, council tax etc.

Condoms,
Wet wipes
shower gel
mouth wash
stockings (very expensive)
tea
coffee
orange juice
Towels (washing expenses)

Seriously I could go on for ever.

I made quite a lot of money in my first month of having an apartment, but tie that in with 2 tours and the expenses for the flat, I still have another month to work to break even. I might actually see some money in June.

I work hard.

I could earn £32 grand a year in my other job, or £150 per day. After tax and national insurance, it works out at around £100 per day, but I have no expenses other than a bit of milleage. Yes I might work more hours for that days work, but it is not half as physical and I get help while I'm doing it. I'm also not taking any risks and no one could potentially beat the crap out of me or worse still, murder me.

You are also restricted by your surroundings. I can't take too many bookings or I would be risking the neighbours noticing what I was doing. It's not worth the risk after such a high investment.

This is one of the reasons why parlour girls are cheaper. They have much less risks involved and there is always someone on hand if they need protection. They don't take their work home with them etc.
