I had a similar issue with one of my erotica books being banned by Amazon. It was a story of a 18 yo girl who was effectively rescued by a man old enough to be her father. Long story short she fell in love with him and seduced him. The title is Emma Finds A New Daddy and this gave me the instant ban. When I changed the title and the meta description to say Sugar Daddy instead of just Daddy it was published fine.

I accept the book walks a very dodgy line but there is a big market out there for the younger girl older man thing. I must admit being a man myself the appeal of a young lady taking an interest in me is not only extremely flattering but massively ego boosting. I guess women are the same about younger guys.
