showing available for aw TV but not on direct cam...

Hi all!

We are a new couple to adult work. we signed up tonight and are currently available on direct cam, we have been online for over an hour, the problem is we cant find ourself on the direct cam available now page... we just arent there. however we are on the adult work TV section which i dont even know what is? and im pretty sure the direct cam section has a wider audience? could someone let me know what im doing wrong please because im so frustrated lol Thank in advance xx
