Why? The girl was told she needed to change her lifestyle by her Dr?
Anorexia is a nasty thing, so is obesity & diabetes.
I don't think tabloids and these so called twitter 'fans' are doing her any good. I think she looks lovely. Stay as you are Scarlett.
I just hope she stays healthy.
