Thanks for taking the time to reply. No, the option has definitely never been there, and there is no feedback from me on her profile, so pretty certain I didn't update it accidentally. She hasn't left feedback for me. I guess I could ask her if the booking shows up in her list.
It's the first time I have met this SP and also the first booking I have made through AW. What I forgot to mention initially is that I made the booking request retrospectively (ie after the meeting took place) - I wonder if that is the problem. I'm sure I read somewhere you could do that for feedback purposes though? I'd also expect it not to be listed in the FR section if that's the problem.
I have since made a booking with a different SP which has been confirmed, and that shows up as I'd expect.
I guess I might just have to put a bit more effort in and do a FR rather than just feedback!
