Ana isn't being a dick, she's right on it. I would report you as well if you were advertising false services - I've certainly done it before on Adultwork.
If I was interested in any other types of services and it turned out they were false advertising to rev up business (shops offering deals that don't exist, plumbers advertising themselves as electricians when they're not qualified, etc) then they would be rep[orted to the ASA and rightly so. If sex workers want rights and privileges offered to other areas of the labour market then they have to hold themselves up to the same legal standards. Naiveté and ignorance are no excuses for scamming customers.
