He's taking the piss.. Ana is right, most guys that email you about financial slavery and blackmail are lying and want to get off on the fantasy. They'll send you emails promising to give you money and send you personal information, but they rarely follow through with it. I usually send one email as a reply and then tell them that if they want any further communication then they'll need to come and see me on cam.
