I am building up the courage to phone the physio (I was seeing the physio for back problems but accidently missed an appointment and never went back in case they shouted at me lol

Now I have to crawl back, literally, and confess I've been a camming for years and all these years sitting on the sofa has left me with very sore feet! Help!
Cant be as bad as telling a rather embarrassed doctor he has to change my pills as they give me sore nipples and I work in the adult industry so that's just not working for me!
