the importance of a clients feedback?

It's easy enough to ask the lady if she uses adultwork either before or after the booking and use the facility. As long as the booking did happen and it is geniune, I don't think it matters if the booking is put in before or after the visit. I've had quite a few ask to do that after. I guess, they wait to see how it goes first and if they are happy and think I am happy, suggest it then.

A good point Kate which reminded me that I did try and do that after a meeting but just couldnt the booking thing to work. Sometimes technology and I pass like ships in the night all blacked out!!!
