the importance of a clients feedback?

hi to all;
Do the AW ladies put any faith in a clients feedback rating? I have built up a feedback of 10 which is 100% positive. I like to think this shows me in a good light when i message a lady. I hope she reads that and thinks not a time waster, safe, must be ok, etc or am i deluding myself thinking i am something special and the reality is my money is the same as the next guy's?
