I just clean my bits every/most days when i have a shower, and every time after sex.
As for the woman, as long as she cleans around the outside of her vagina and slightly inside as thats where both bodies exchange bacteria from the mixing of sweat.

Ive done and seen a lot of girls who love unprotected sex which has made me wonder how is it possible that they never seem to catch anything after years and years of doing it. A work mate who is 52 years old told me has shagged about 100 woman (non escort) in his time and only ever used condoms with 2 of them, and he has never been for a check up... i thought OMG! Heres me i get worried after doing it with just 1 or 2 so always get checked up.
