not allowed to webcam

SO FRUSTRATED! This happened a while ago....i changed my profile name and was told to upload verification...they reactivated me luckily but i changed my name again and ONCE AGAIN now im not permitted to do any cam work....this is my only income..im a single mum :'( i have tons of feedback and am age verified but its difficult to fully verify as its so much hassle, i dont drive and passports take so long and need a birth cert which takes ages,i need money regularly :'( I dunno what to do? Just cos i changed my profile name? Whats the quickest way to get i.d? Sorry i sound so immature but im really dumb and find all these documents difficult..anyone help? Please? xxx Pls no nasty comments xxx
