I have certainly found that WG's are now only seeing guys 25-30+ and I feel a great deal pf this stems from bad experiences and most certainly professional preferences. Without wishing to generalise, I feel that WGs like to see "mature of mind" people, irrespective of age and us "more mature" guys tend to fit the bill, although not always. That is why I like to speak to the lady on the 'phone prior to the appointment so we both have a sense of who we are meeting.
