As for what you put it down as, it makes no difference, you can be as illusive as you like. Just bear in mind that if you are going to be claiming expenses for things such as toys, lingerie, webcams, lights etc it may not add up if you put that you are a cleaner. I think mine just says performer but then as I am self employed and not a limited company, the records aren't publicly available.

My clients who are webcammers tend to describe themselves as internet service providers on their tax returns.
Make sure you keep separate records for each business and if you're working from home make sure you claim for the cost of that.
