Try telling the punters that... How come each week I get 10-20 bookings from guys who never got in touch with me first? I even had one on Sunday that wanted me to do an out call to east London and said in his message on the booking he was just being hopeful.

Hence the reason for my suggestion to be able to reject the bookings so it has been deleted from the system, neither party can leave feedback. Currently if I delete the booking the client can leave me bad feedback and I have no way to respond. I assume that if a client has deleted the booking I also could leave feedback and they also would not be able to respond.

Yes that is the general idea, both parties then know a booking HAS been made and both agree with the terms. Punters often put conditions on the booking request.

So my idea of switching the delete to a reject and at that point the booking has been accepted or declined, we do have a right to decline a booking.

If nothing happens it stays as it is at the moment. Both parties can leave feedback.
