I think it's to do with the Obscene Publications Act... AW are cracking down on it.

For example, fisting/watersports are legal activities to perform in private, but if you publish material depicting them then it could be illegal under the OPA. Might be why you can't have pictures of it on your profile, but still advertise that you Like/Enjoy it.

Google the trial of Michael Peacock... he was tried for publishing hardcore BDSM pornography which included fisting and watersports under the OPA a couple of years ago (and acquitted, thankfully!)
