She seems to have a lot of positive feedback for somebody to be scamming.
it would seem extremely foolish for you to have paid her the second month not having had any benefit from your first months money. If I was in a bar and had paid £5 for a glass of wine and it not been given to me, I would not be paying the bar-person for another. I am sure your arrangement would have been for more than £5 - maybe I am just tight?
It would be interesting to hear her side of the story.
