how to get neg feedbck removed ?

Normally we only remove feedback in exceptional circumstances, for example, if a member breaches our Terms of use....

Well, it does!

If you look at the Terms of Use (here) you will see that under "Acceptable Use" it quite clearly says:

......We also therefore require that you do not:

• say, write, transmit or do anything that would cause annoyance, inconvenience, harassment or needless anxiety to others;
  
  
• harass others;
  
  
• etc, etc, etc....
  

Forgive me if I am mistaken, but I think leaving half a dozen negs then a few minutes later leaving another half a dozen negs, then a few minutes later doing it again is harassing... isn't it?

I would mail them back and point this out to them!

Remember... you do have to mail them three times to get a proper response... just be persistent.
