It does sound a bit too good to be true!

If he's genuine then I'm sure he wouldn't mind paying a small deposit especially considering he must have a decent income considering all he is prepared to give to you!

In my opinion he just sounds like he is trying to see how much he can get out of you for free and is getting off on that!
