Yes WE know that, Are you assuming everyone else knows this? Its only that simple when you know the number isnt private and most people will only know the number wont be private when someone tells them.

Most personal info fields on Adultwork are private, phone chat and webcam bookings arent. This isnt immediately clear though.

Should we also not enter any details in the registration page or enter our number for direchat etc?

Shall we just close the help section and assume everyone knows everything and no-one needs help sure?
