I think to make things easy in the begining it is best to stick to
1. Female service providers
2. Males seeking sevices

I would treat them as "1. Female service providers" as they are providing a service for males....
Whilst anybody can try and argue the point, the internet would not be where it is today without the the need for men to satisfy themselves, if it relied on females it would have been dead in the water years ago. escort, prostitution, phone lines only made money from the male "need". This is part of history and will never change, the male has a far stronger need than female will ever have.
