The profile was not removed due to someone reporting fake pics, apparently she was publishing "Available Today" in her profile summary.
We might not like them (or paying for something we believe is our right to publish), but the rules are clear and a quick read of them once a month (normally from the bottom up) keeps me and my group members out of trouble.
