Well a good point might be if they stopped giving the ladies grief and deleting their profiles just because a couple of arseholes with axes to grind keep reporting you for this that and the other.
And do they really think ladies are going to send their passport details to a company that wont even give out a tel no to speak to them on.
They should realise that without the ladies they would have no money making machine.
