I have worked a few places where they had male to female people. One of them complained to the newspapers that she had been told off for dressing inappropriately (she was a good 6 foot tall and wore heels too, and insisted on wearing skimpy skirts and tops)

She said it was discrimination because of who she was, but the company just referenced the employment record of a couple of other women (real ones this time) who had been warned for the same thing, and the whole thing was dropped
