My sleep pattern is horrendous I am either out for the count and there is no waking me yesterday I didnt surface till 930 and still could have slept more where as last night of I trots to bed and a couple of hours later I was wide awake up and surfing the net.

Hubby on the other hand can sleep the clock round he can actually nod of mid conversation at 1 o clock in the afternoon.
