I'm the very opposite, I WILL NOT TAKE A BOOKING from a guy I have not heard talking. For more than one reason but I MUST hear his voice so that I can hear his demeanour (sp?) How courteous he is on phone and more important to me that I can understand him and will be able to have a convo with him during the booking. Also after seeing a couple of guys of a non uk persuasion which turned out to be nasty I will not see anyone who is not caucasion. I may lose out on bookings but I'm not really worried. This usually goes along with respect and I've found many 'foreigners' to be so disrespectful and I just aint accepting that.
Contact me on 07591889797 for any details of services.

I agree that for me the phone call tells me a lot more than a message. An email is composed with thought and time. It can project an image of a person that is not the same as the reality. Often ppl are more chatty during written correspondance than they are in real life, because they can hide behind the word.
A phone call can very quickly tell you if you are on the same wavelength, if you feel respected and if you are going to enjoy their company and more often than not the gut instinct you get from a call is correct.

I am very selective to who I meet up with.
We all do this paid sex in ways that work for each and everyone of us individually.
I will not take a booking with someone who is completely unknown to me.
I desire a gentleman to make proper contact with me via a nice message or two, and then if all is tickity boo I will take a call before we BOTH decide it is a good idea to meet up for fun.
Not displaying a phone number works so well for me.

The best way to work is the way that suits you and as you say, you still wish to speak with the person before agreeing to a booking. I certainly get a good idea of the person by speaking with them on the phone, prior to meeting.
You can not have the same discipline if you advertise a phone number, either on AW or other sites and also take random telephone bookings. As somebody you refuse from AW could simply just call you.
Lucy, I am sure you must frustrate the hell out of punters as some will often try every trick in the book to arrange an appointment once refused.

Why give a gentleman a green positive feedback when the gentleman has cancelled a meeting?
That is so annoying.
Only give a green feedback when the meeting has gone ahead.
All this "he cancelled me but sounded so nice" rubbish does my head in.
Either say nothing or do a neutral I say.
Same goes when a gentleman gives a lady a positive feedback when the meeting for what ever reason has not gone ahead.
My mini rant for today
Nothing wrong with giving positive feedback for meetings that do not take place
As long as the lady tells me before I get there thats positive.
Neutral is I get there then she says something has come up
Negative is I get there sit in the car park for a hour or switches her phone off or has forgotten
It has nothing to do with a meeting

I take the piss out myself so can handle others doing it!
I know that I probably do annoy folk by the way I do things, but as I typed before it works well for me doing things the way I presently do.
I do say some where on my long AW profile that I do not expect guys to jump through hoops to see me, but really I do
Just kidding.
It is all fun for me really.
I enjoy the messages and the phone chats, they are very much part of it all for me.
I take a lot of longer type of meetings and do the wine dine and sixty niners, so good communication is paramount for both parties so hopefully the meeting will be a good one for both of us.

I would certainly agree with you there Laudanum - it is very irritating and I imagine offputting for an escort to find a prospective client has blocked their feedback. After all, you cant help but think bad things.
It's not so much an issue for me as I no longer provide in person domination, but I DON'T like to encounter misogynist morons who think they can abuse women because they're giving them money. There's also the multiple user revelation, if a client has two accounts, one of which has negative feedback, a red digit will show up next to their username if they email you. That way I can exercise caution with each user, and make up my mind whether I choose to interact with them.
