It makes it more fustrating when you have to keep on going through the help systerm to get answers and they never answer you directly, as much quote things at you and tell you what they are doing, but don't actually acknowledge you or give you the opportunity to talk further.
I am wondering if the person who is currently moderating the competitions, needs a hand on how to moderate?

He or she probably does Kate. There are some really stupid people that become trusted as moderators and then they do as they like with whatever they are moderating on. I would not have taken your entry down Kate but I might be biased

It would be good to know more about the moderators on AW, how they work, how they are chosen etc.

Dont think we will ever no after all they are not just uk based and have so much to oversee they have no actual dedicated forum they are basically a directory that has gone to monumental scale and they know how much wg's rely on them hence it is so difficult to contact them direct they hope we just get fed up trying

Clarity and beingopen brings trust, not cynicism!! Imagine if there could be Regional Meetings, for those that wanted to attend, say once a quarter, to hear suggestions and to keep the interested members informed of site updates, policies etc? Sorry, getting carried away now!!!
