I hate socialising where you actually have to interact with people, Lolo. I'm OK being the hostess or photographer, getting them to relax and enjoy themselves.
Monty, I don't like crowds of moving people - especially if we're being funnelled somewhere - makes me very uneasy. I tend to hang back and be one of the last when the crowds have gone, or I try and find an alternate route. I like having options, and being in a crowd limits them.
I know what you mean about giving presentations - I was fine doing that in front of hundreds of people. Even speaking to them afterwards was fine, as I always had a pen and pad in hand to take notes and we were talking about something specific.
