Yes i have Lolo its a strange place filled with even stranger people.
People from Sheppey think they have a beach at Leysdown they have yet to realise that it is a slab of horrible mud that leads into a river

The isle of Sheppey. A place where men are men and sheep fear the footsteps!
Lolo, Sheppey is a unique place, one that as soon as you have crossed the bridge to get there, you cant wait to get back off again. Freddo is right, the mudflats at Leysdown are supposed to be a beach. Sheerness has the distinction of having one of the largest piles of unstable ordnance off its shore. I have often wondered what would have if it all went off - and often thought that, for the furthering of science that it SHOULD be detonated to see what would happen. Sheppey also has the distinction of having high security prisons at Eastchurch - not many escape from there, and if they do, they normally get caught around the docks or at the bridge as no-one in their right minds would attempt to swim the Swale. So, as you can see, a grand place for a visit!!
