Hi all
Am in the same boat has you girls and having to think of changing my business module.. This is only a mere outline
I am needing to look at the economic down turn, and those who are most effected in the down turn ..With the first question answered I can proceed to ask the following.
Do I need to change my target group/time/age and so on.
And if I do do I need to change my shows accordingly.
And if so how
I sincerely hope this as prompted some thought

There are winners and losers in every economic situation so the money is still there, it will just be in different hands, and sex is still something they're going to want no matter what they do for a living. I don't think we can say it will be changing in relation to group/time/age, money will just shift hands within those groups.
AW is a bit like a living thing...people coming in and out all the time...constant change. I think being aware of what is working or not working for us, what guys are asking of us, what seems to be popular but also right for us (no point trying to get a square peg into a round hole!), and adjusting accordingly is the way to go.

For what it is worth it occurs to me that you two are actually saying the same thing... except that Blue-Satin is using a very left brained approach where as Classy_Katy seems much more right brained?
Things do change, constantly, and the current conditions mean that things are changing faster and more radically than they have done in recent years.
Those who adapt will ride the tide, those who just plug on doing what they have always done may well end up wondering where all the business went.
Whether you adapt by critical analysis or by experience and gut feel doesn't matter much... so long as girls do adapt.
I've said before... I don't do cam so I don't really know much about this side of things, but definitely the Escorting business has changed markedly in the last few years, and a lot of girls who were doing well a couple of years back are struggling now. But it doesn't have to be that way... there is still plenty of meat on the bone! (so to speak!)

I have a love of economic policy and business modelling I wasn’t permitted to lecture economics due to being considered a mans domain. Yes even today! (what a joke)
A business model we all use but perhaps don’t realise we do and is used all life’s nuts and granites.
Going back to the thread
As mentioned earlier I am seeking to change my working module, what will come of it am unsure, time will tell.
For sure, am well aware certain classes and age groups have been greatly affected coupled with a down turn of clients (for want of a better phase) signing into AW. So with the statistics provided by them, I will use my mere PHD skills albeit it in communicable and vector borne disease and keep on using has Trinity-Belle says my left side of my brain lolll

There's a limit to what I can change...my hours are 10/11am to 3pm for camming, which it's not the best. So I get guys who work from home, work shifts, and are on holiday or abroad. I can only be myself in my shows, try to be aware of what they want and be as creative as possible. I don't always know which group a client falls into (the minority cam2cam) or what each group prefers. At that time I mostly get guys who want quickies...I don't get guys who just want to sit and chat for ages (I think the young girls and escorts get that more).
It's my age and body shape that will dictate the clients I get, and what I say that I do...I can't change my age, my body would take time to go down a few sizes, and I can't suddenly change my personality (I'm not a Dom. and do all that my body will allow already). But I go by the reactions I get to certain things and the requests that are made of me.

P.S. Considering a total photo revamp, all mine are homemade which does have it's own charm but I have a friend who's a photographer, who I'm sure can do a better job.

I cannot see why we cannot have our own page which doesn't include the whole damn world..People click on a particular country of choice and become quite disappointed to see all of us there .
Perhaps such an approach may mean more work for individual countries..Whos knows.
