Hi FEET_MY_FETISH, AW randomly request members re-verify their profile. Its to verify the person who verified the profile in the first place is still the one using that profile. Stops black market accounts.
Its a normal thing and happens to most members at some point.
Re-verify and you can re-enable webcam.

What method of payment did you use to purchase the credits? If you used own debit or credit card you can do a chargeback through your bank x

If you used your debit or credit card to purchase the credits you can contact your bank and do a chargeback and bank will refund you. Xx

If you paid paid for the credits with your debit or credit card you can contact bank and request a chargeback. X

Sorry wrote in the wrong place. My phone jumpy. If you paid for the credits with your debit or credit card you can get your credits refunded. PM me if you need it explained further. Have already helped a few ladies to do that. This will only be of any help if you used a proper debit or credit card. Xx

I just went to position myself and couldn't log in...turns out my profile has been deactivated.
I had changed what I needed to change earlier in the day when the 'warning' message came up when I logged in this afternoon, so why has it been removed?!
This is my only income and I'm screwed. What's even worse, is that I had over £13,500 of credits saved up in there!!!!!
I've emailed AW only about 20mins ago but I am (perhaps understandably) distraught at the potential loss of years worth of saving my credits and my ratings.
I'm freaking out.
Is anyone able to help ??
Just had a 'reply' from AW which seems like a copied and pasted response, and gives no indication as to why even after the article was removed, it was deactivated.
Is anyone able to help me?! Please??

How did you get the credits? Did you buy any yourself with your credit or debit card??? Unfortunately they will
steal the ones you earned with webcam, phone chat or private gallery but you can claim back to 13 months if you bought any with your card. I have helped a few ladies do that.

I wouldn't write here If i wouldn't be absolutely sure that my business advisor sklteam.com is behaving unfarly with me.
I am a member since 2015, with more than 400 feedbacks, therefore I would never make a stupid mistake such as letting another person perform with my profile.
Anyhow, yesterday they banned me for life for swapping. That was like my whole world collapsed over me. I keep asking for the prof, a picture of the "other person than me" at the moment of the swapping but nothing. Just copy-paste response.
There must be some mistake by the Sweetkicklimited operator, maybe because of my hair color, don't know.
Please AdultWork make sure that they are not banning me for their mistake. Just make some additional check.
I am a very sensitive person, and I am really desperate right now. Please help.

I am so sorry to hear that. I have heard many other stories about this Sweetkicklimited advisor that even though it gets paid by the models earnings, it does nothing to help that.
