Yeah okay you are right Sophie - sorry thats about the 5th time I have seen the good side in folks when i should know better today,

Don't know whats wrong with me - I must give my head a shake!

Am i correct in saying those with the most questons tend to be those least likely to go though with a booking?

Hi Soph, nice to see you again! Did the Glasgee guys exhaust you?!
I've had these questions too. I don't mind answering them most of the time. Sometimes they will have read my profile and put me down as someone they would like to see, but then can't remember all the details. Also there are a few sites that just give my pic and phone number without much else to go on - and the stupid magazines now that have decided to publish my info.
I had a lovely guy yesterday who'd been tracking my profile for a year, and over that time various things have changed - so I don't think it's always their fault.
I'd rather they confirmed everything was right before making a booking. Then again I do have the patience of a saint!

I think this is something no matter how much you try and drill in the boys just wont read anything.

You have to work more on not letting them waste your time regardless and thats what's better to concentrate on. The way I recommend looking at it is; deal with enquiries like you are your own secretary. You're job is to deal with that call quickly and efficiently. Getting the information you need or giving them the information they need. It's a booking number not a sex chat line. Some guys phoning are time wasters with no intentions of booking you they just for whatever reason want to talk to you.

I think managing enquiries is in itself a skill, its not easy and I know I am very lucky coming from heavily call centre based jobs I was taught how to do this. I think ultimately it just takes practise and thankfully the boys will give you plenty Rolleyes

My tips would be think of your key questions and take control of the call. Dont let them call up claiming to know nothing and want to ask 50 questions about you're service. I have a text template on my phone directing to my website/AW that i can easily send anyone who I think is chancing there arm or wasting my time!

If you find yourself in this neck of the woods again (as in Worcester) and get lost, give me a call and I might be able to help you find the place.
