I've just sold an item for the first time, it says that its purchased but i still have the same balance and there is no record of any payments on my credit statement
when do i get the money? im reluctant to send it off until i get it
you cant get it until its been marked as sent, its held in escrow till then, there is then a waiting time, i think its 3 or 5 days. The money will have been taken out of the purchasers account

Have you looked in your Credits in Escrow ? It will take 24 hrs to go to your Credits Statement.
I don't sell often , its just a guess.

Its 24hrs for booked camshows, but im pretty sure its longer for sales items.... though i could be wrong!

yeah, but it's pretty late on a saturday night, do you just mark it straight away or actually wait until you post it in the morning?
you may need a tracking number to mark it as sent, if you dont then i dont see anything wrong with doing it now as long as you really are going to send it!
hmm actually.... i think once its marked as sent they let the customer know, they then keep it in escrow for the amount of time it should take to be received. If not recieved by then, the client could report it as not received, so id send it, then mark it as sent
If you have sold an item you have to go and mark it as dispatched. You then get the credits 7 days after (after you marked it as dispatched)
