When you send it (either in the post box or at the Post Office), mark it as despatched and 7 days later those credits in escrow should hit your account. You can see what date the credits will hit your account on that page under the 'Receive Date' column.

If they don't transfer automatically on that receive date, you need to contact the Help Centre (there's a form to fill out in the Help Centre to do this). Think it's something to do with the buyer becoming inactive that gets the credits stuck.

Don't forget to take into account any sales AND postage charges are subject to 30% when you draw it out.

Always check your email - if there's any dispute it will go to your external email address (not your AW emails on the site) and you have 48 hours to dispute it otherwise the credits get returned to the buyer automatically after 48 hours.

There's loads of articles on the sales side, probably worth a read. Looks like they're updating the whole sales area as new things have been appearing over the last month or so. We're loving the new Shopfronts and the matrix makes it a whole heap easier to keep on top of things.
