HELP my account has been deleted and I have not been told why

Please help. My account has been deactivated by AW or a hacker. I try to log in and I get the message 'no member was found with this nickname and password' I have also searched for myself on the site and I don't come up. I've tried to reactivate and it says the account is not valid for reactivation.

I've had no email to explain why and I'm worried that the money I have requested for transfer (which is almost £900) will not be sent to me.

It was probably AW.They have done simillar thing to my profile and other girls.they  removed ky profile and kept my webcam earned credits (£500) . the reason given was that i put information on my summary field when i was gong to be back from hols. also, i always paid for the availabilty and feature stuff. Iive checked their T&C and it doesnt say anything about withholding credits when you violate their terms and blah blah. bunch of thieves. They treat genuine girls as they were scammers. no wonder they will br left with only scam profiles.I am now with vivastreet and very happy with their site and customer service

I'm sure I read somewhere if they deem you to have broken the rules of the site you forfeit your credits. I can't remember where it was but I know it made me question whether to use AW. But that was a couple of years ago so may have been changed.
I hope you get to the bottom of things.

I think AW really should send out a standard email automatically to tell members of the site that their accounts will be closed. Just taking girls money is just wrong. They are not the busiest webcam site on the internet and they sure don't do much advertising for girls to get clients!
