Not able to log into my account

I went on support chat about an hour ago and I was advised to change the email ID and password because I replied to a phishing email which was pretending to be from adultwork.  It asked me to supply my personal details to them, which I did before me knowing that it was not genuine.  The phishing website was called webmaster@adultwork-accounts-verification.com  Unfortunately I entered the wrong email address where it asks to change email and now I am logged out
