I signed up to Paxum when the crisis was happening with AW not paying bank transfers. I transferred £25.01 credits to test it out to see what would happen as I have never used their payment system before. I realised I then needed more money to do a bank transfer. So a couple of days ago I requested a transfer to my AW account from Paxum.
I received the refunded credits in my pending transfer page. I received a email also from AW to clarify that the credits will be back into my account the next day.
I log in right now and my credits are no where to be seen! Not shown on my credits transfer page as a refund. Not even showing up where it says how much money I can transfer. So the credits have gone basically! or are pending to go back to paxum?
Has this happened to anybody else before?
