DirectCam - Stuck on Connecting

Hi Everyone,

For some reason when I try and join a directcam session the window opens but does not get past the part that says "Connecting".  This use to work fine but stopped working after I deleted my account and created another one.

I suspect my account is somehow blocked?? If that sounds correct?

Would be nice to know if this is the case?  Can someone please confirm, my id is "mightymike1977".

Hi Mike, have you used the AW help centre to send them a message about it? This forum isn't owned or operated by AW so the best thing to do would be going straight to AW via their help section to report the issue.

I have, to be honest they are a waste of time. Just saying have you cleared cache and tried resetting your router.

It has to be that my account and ip is blocked, because if I go to another persons house it will work then after 5 minutes it will also stop opening the directcam and the same problem occurs.
