why has my profile been removed when i have no other profiles running

To Admin or any one

Received an email just after I set up a new profile today. see email in the photo.

Anyway I have had 2 accounts before but I have deleted them and removed my self. can you please explain where you think I have other profiles.

I really need to be working and really need my profile back on.

can some one give me any advice or help please

Hi, it would be a quick message to AW via the help centre (guide is here http://adultworkforum.com/showthread.php?tid=1917) to ask what the username of the other profile is.
