I have a job in my garden that I want doing.
It is a large job, and involve skill and good work manship.
All the landscapers I had around to not want to do the hard work it will involve.
They can not share my vision of how it should go and what stone to use.
They directed me to how to do it cheaper and in a less fussy way.

Now about three months ago a new guy started seeing me.
I have seen him six times now, it will be the seventh this Friday.
He told me what he did and showed me photos off his phone of work in other gardens and houses.
I knew this guy was the one, a proper man with heart and vision and pride in his work.

I did something I have never done before and gave out my private address.
He came round, quoted nearly six grand (expected price) but said he would give 10% if I had all the work done at once rather than in stages.
I said five grand for cash, we shook on it.

Now he has said that I could reduce that bill further by sexy times together.
But I have decided to keep that side of things strictly business

I said we could get bored of each other sexually if we met too often.
I think we have met a lot already over three months as it is.
He agreed, so we are keeping it on a strictly business footing.

With a job that big and important to you, I think you have totally done the right thing. You can always give him a bit of extra time here and there to show your appreciation as the work gets done to the high standards you want, but keep the arrangement as it is.
