Request from AW to SP for email confirmation

If a service provider is asked by AW to confirm her email address and she can't remember it, what is the most sensible and effective thing she can do to resolve the situation?

Hi, you can email admin@dailypayservice.com with the username and password for the account and request to know the email address on file.

Your email address is on your profile registration details page.

Log in.
Go to the "My Details" on the top tool bar.
Drop down to "Registration Details" and open the page. Your email details are on this registration page.

Be careful and check that it really was Adultwork requesting the information.
