Hi all
I've just ventured into the world of Twitter.  In the hopes of attracting more traffic to my profile and expanding it. But unfortunately I'm not exactly what you'd call tech savvy. I can't for the life of me figure out how to link an Adultwork Banner to my Twitter account.  I've re-read the instructions on Adultwork several times and I'm still none the wiser. I need them to be severely dumbed down for me. 

I'd be grateful of any help or advice.
