When I try to spend credits I am directed to Where are you page. I have followed instructions to have my location recognised, ie bought credits via paysafe and successfully validated a utility bill. My credits are useless as I cannot spend them. Seems to be an IT error on adultworks system. Emails with support have gone around in circles an I am extremely annoyed at this stage.

I realise this post is a month old, did this get sorted out?
One solution is to use a mobile number on your profile that has been verified by Adultwork (they send you a text that you reply to - this only works if you are a registered adult on your phone network)
