Yes there are indeed many piss takers out there, and apologies if I appeared as one. Those who know me know that I'm not.

Expensive cameras do not guarantee good results by any stretch of the imagination. A good eye, knowing how to frame a shot, dealing with light (or lack of in some cases) are more important than the gear. Interesting point you made about the size of the files, and noted
