Direct cam credit showing up on Statement but not in available balance

Hi,

We received a credit of 34.68 from one of our clients during one of our direct cam shows at 2am this morning. The payment appears on our statement but has not yet become available on our available credit balance. This is the only credit transaction where this has happened to us. Can anyone shed any light as to why this might have happened and when it will become available?

When you get a payment from directcam it takes 24hours to clear and be available to transfer. For prebooked skype and phone chat sessions it takes 24 hours to even show on your statement as it is in your escrow.

Thanks for your reply. Yes it appears as 'available for transfer now' but it is still not showing up on our available balance. On the statement at the left hand side it shows that it's been added but then on the next transaction down the credit is not appearing as added. Very confused.

Please see the attached image of our credit statement. The client translation is 'up4laugh'.

Hi, just to double check, when you say available balance you mean here http://www.adultwork.com/CreditsTransfer...July05.asp ?

Ah I see your problem now. That's very odd. I've not had that happen to me before. I recon its a glitch and to contact AW. They should put it right for you. X

Thanks for your reply guys, yes its still not been added to the balance. We did lose internet connection during that group show which is why we couldn't log on till another hour later but all the other credit transactions appeared on our statement straight away - it was just this one!


Is there any way Adult Work can review this for us?

You need to contact adultwork. There's a thread here that tells you how to contact them. They like to make it difficult.
