Cancelling a pending withdrawal

Afternoon all, 
Just had a message from a friend on the site asking is there anyway to cancel a credits withdrawal?
As turns out when making the request she put a 0 where there had to be a 9 on the account number...

Hi, best method is to get AW to change the digit via the help centre. The option to delete a pending transfer was turned off (some remnants still exist on the transfer history page but they no longer work).

It so annoying that they took that away! I quite often forget to change it to bank transfer and it ends up going to my payoneer account!
I just email AW and they usually reverse it for me so I can withdraw to my bank.
Don't know why they don't let us cancel a payment ourselves, it would save them a lot of work

She's taken admins advice & fair play AW replied within the hour and sorted it out for her
