Refunds for items not received

Bought a DVD 3 days ago of a member and I've just had a message saying it will not be sent out due to reasons I won't go into . Now I'm being told by seller that adult work will automatically refund me money but I know this is not true . Is they any way I can get aduldwork to force refund for this item asmi can't find any dispute option . payment was taken off me at time of purchase .

I would contact aw via the help and explain what's happened.
I know we don't get credits for any sales for 7 days so hopefully you can get hem back.
