How do I request a pay out?

Hi, its not possible to have the credits cleared from account back on the account sorry, the only reason is they have already been sent to you (check your bank), if they were back on your account you would be getting paid twice.

You were always in control of your account but I can see it may appear you werent as you believe the credits have an importance.

I will email you all the transactions to your bank now.

If you want to take advantage of the benefits and no 20% vat charged to you in the future I would recommend the payout on request option. Its based on credits and they are only taken at the exact same time you want paid so its very easy to track.
