Credits not been paid

Hi there
I requested a credits transfer into my uk bank account, and was told by adultwork that they wouuld arrive on the 02.12.15, but they are still not through.
I have read help articles, but the site won't let me submit the form for question not answered because it says the problem is covered in an article.
Please could you advise as to whether there has been a problem with the transfer?

Hi, when it says "the problem is covered in an article." keep clicking the bottom right hand button.
